@matigo One thing I see people doing all the time is sending large Powerpoint and Word documents that they're working on back and forth as attachments. They never delete any of those messages and their storage requirements are ridiculous as a result. They really need to be putting those documents in shared OneDrive (or other) cloud services to work on but they won't. I cannot teach old dogs new (technically, rather old) tricks!

@hazardwarning What sad news. No way my father could live on his own these days. My mom has started having little things bothering her and I honestly don't know how we will cope if something happens to her. I keep trying not to think about it.
