@indigo She's been nursing a bad back. Was waiting for news about having physical therapy approved. She called to check on the status and was told they were waiting for news. She called again and the person admitted she didn't know how to fill out the forms (she'd lied earlier!) so my friend called the district office and was given instructions. She called the first person again to give them the number and the girl told her she had that number! Apparently, she just didn't want to have to talk to someone on the phone about it. It's her job! Argh.
