I have finally convinced my sister to quit installing the betas on her iMac. She's no interest in sussing out bugs and helping the devs so there's no point in dealing with all the potential headaches. Especially since I'm the one that generally has to figure out how to solve whatever mess she's wandered into! :-)

That's no good. It's supposed to be fun/relaxing. Although, as I've commented before, sometimes it's not at all relaxing. It can be terribly aggravating to actually relax and be chugging along only to realize that I skipped a color or a space or something and screwed up the pattern I was working on. I've pretty much learned to shrug it off since I have so many more patterns to choose and move on to. Pretty much. :-)

I'm so happy for her! :-)

Update: I just heard from my friend (Ruby) and contacting the VP worked. The VP sent email to Ruby late on Friday saying she was sure there'd been some misunderstanding and someone would be in touch soon. Ruby got a call this morning from the salesperson she'd spoken with saying all charges were being waived and she was even going to be refunded the initial $96 application fee. Woot!

@kdfrawg

A friend sent me a book of postcards this summer!

I enjoy picking the color combination and patterns. I particularly enjoy the 4-color challenge (where you use only four colors and no adjacent areas can have the same color) on some designs quite a bit. And then the fun of seeing the final results.

Safe travels!

@kdfrawg I've also received tons of colored pencils.
