Update: I just heard from my friend (Ruby) and contacting the VP worked. The VP sent email to Ruby late on Friday saying she was sure there'd been some misunderstanding and someone would be in touch soon. Ruby got a call this morning from the salesperson she'd spoken with saying all charges were being waived and she was even going to be refunded the initial $96 application fee. Woot!

@indigo I enjoy picking the color combination and patterns. I particularly enjoy the 4-color challenge (where you use only four colors and no adjacent areas can have the same color) on some designs quite a bit. And then the fun of seeing the final results.

@indigo I enjoy felt tips for quick tests (I scan and print the images so I can plot how I want to finish them) but stick to pencils for the original pages. I also have a big stack of books now! :-)
