@indigo Very very sad. Her mental faculties seem to be in pretty good shape but her ability to express herself is severely limited. She was doing pretty well texting but can just barely do it now. If I hold the phone for her, she does better but still struggles. When I got there today the phone was in airplane mode so was useless to her. I got it fixed before I left and helped her send a message to her brother. Argh. The Accessibility things Apple has done are nice but she really struggles with it and the more I watch her struggle the more I think she won't be able to cope with it much longer. I wonder if an iPad would work better? A bigger device creates its own problems of course since she has very limited movement with one hand and almost none with the other. Grrrr…
