@indigo Every time I deal with my cable company and they can't solve the problem, they want to send a tech to my house. I'm never home so I decline, saying I'll be in touch if it doesn't get better. Every single time, it gets better within the next 24 hours because some other resident has complained and been home when the tech came by only to discover it was not a problem inside but a problem at the pole (or whatever). I don't think I've had a cable tech in my house in 20 years. So aggravating.
